This is a fantastic property with beautiful views and a well manicured beach. The food at both restaurants is excellent. We would both highly recommend and return in the future.

For the price, we felt the service was sub-par. One example is they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, which I stated we are celebrating my 50th birthday. One would think that they would do something special given they are asking the question. Unfortunately, I had to ask for a special birthday dessert to receive any acknowledgement.

The best part of this hotel is the beach and every room has a view. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and cheerful. The pool/hot tub area is set up for social interaction among guests. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon.

We will definitely be returning to The Reefs. We have been to Bermuda numerous times and this is our new favorite resort. Conveniently located and enough to do that you don’t even have to leave the resort if you’re just look to relax.

The Reefs Resort is exquisite! Its location makes it special in that no matter where we were, we could hear the wonderful sound of the surf and see the beautiful blue hues of the ocean. The sunshine made the water sparkle and the sunsets were unforgettable. The customer service was over-the-top wonderful. We were treated with genuine kindness by every staff member! It was truly refreshing. We would be remiss without mentioning Ryan who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We look forward to returning next year!

This property is stunning! Clean, great room/space in the suite, friendly staff, and cleanest private beach I’ve ever been to. The gorgeous ocean views take your breath away. They have light water sports (paddle boarding/canoes) and musical entertainment. A great fire pit area with couches to enjoy the sunset. Taxis at the ready and a scooter/e-bike shop plus convenience store in walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the beach or restaurant depending on your room location so do your research. I was looking for a peaceful vacation this time to recharge and that is exactly what I got! There were plenty of beach chairs so no need to rush for a spot. I love Bermuda because of the beautiful views, it’s safe and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend it.
