Had a wonderful time. Family wedding event here. The restaurant was wonderful. Just wish they had a hot tub somewhere and more restaurants or cafes to walk to.

Book it! Pretty, great staff, CLEAN!
Looks just like the photo. It's beautiful. Staff is friendly. Restaurant had strong drinks, AMAZING food, and the staff was attentive. Room was clean, really cool design, nicer than the photo. Mini bar wasn't incredibly expensive if you feel like treating yourself. Bed and pillows were like clouds, I felt weightless and I am not... Only issues were TV was pretty old, didn't have a menu option, you kinda just had to scroll up or down and patio at the restaurant had no shades... :( I get very little sun and I couldn't sit outside to enjoy the wonderful weather. But it's probably a little early in the season for that. Also my husband and I don't have kids yet and we always appreciate atmospheres without them lol. We saw no children. Walls were pretty sound proof, if any were around, we couldn't tell. I will definitely be going back.

The bathroom in the rooms here is so subpar.. my first room’s shower was spurting water everywhere, and the water wouldn’t get hot. They did move me to a different room where the water and shower were better! The sinks are really shallow and the water comes from super high, so water goes everywhere. Would also like to note that fridges are not standard in the rooms, so if you need one for medication or dietary needs, let staff know upon arrival. Parking also costs $10, which feels silly for a room that already cost over $150. Overall, my stay was okay — the staff was accommodating when there was an issue, but I wish there hadn’t been issue at all!

Don't take a room in the 200s facing the river. The bar will blast you with bass from the deck speakers until 1am and then turn them back on at 6:30am. Other than that, it's a great 3-star hotel.

The building is authentic with character, the interior decor is fashionably handsome, and the concierge pleasant at both check-in & checkout. My stay was only satisfactory however, for there was NO hot water in the shower, the barn door into the bathroom was heavy & difficult to slide open/close, the room's close proximity to the elevator resulted in noise from other patrons, and a disturbance by housecleaning 30 minutes before checkout was not necessary.

The heating system was so loud that it kept me awake most of the night . When I mentioned it to the front desk, no effort was made to credit a portion of the cost.

Lovely property in an old textile mill. Sprung for a river view room and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly staff and nice big room. Highly recommended.
