Warwick

Comfortable hotel with parking. Everything was great. Love the self check in system. Only note for location is slightly away from town and it’s more suitable for travellers with a car. Overall it’s a good experience. :)

Unfortunately there were only 2 young lads working in the whole hotel. They didn’t seem very knowledgable, they charged me for the stay although I had already paid through trip - they did refund me, but that was after I went to speak to them showing them my bank statement.. and my husband then had to go back again to get the refund sorted! For some reason speaking to me wasn’t enough!! They had hardly any meals available in the restaurant. Only burgers! The room itself needs a massive uplift, the bathroom looked really unclean and falling apart. Really sad stay considering it was part of a Christmas gift. Definitely won’t be returning.

This is our fourth time at this premier Inn. We use it when we visit Warwick for the odd night away. We were surprised to see they now charge £3 for parking this was new to us. We have never had a problem parking as always arrive in the afternoon. We normally get an Uber into Warwick in the evening as usually go out to eat. Cost £6.89 for the Uber. Car park normally full in the evenings. Check in was ok this time although still obviously short staffed. Room was ok no king size bed just normal double size but very comfortable. We did however have a problem with the toilet blocking up the morning we left. Room could have been cleaner being a bit picky but dust on parts of the carpet. Overall a pleasant stay just need more staff on during the day as one person on reception also serving behind the bar.

I don’t often write a review while still in the building but this is shocking. There is no food and one - that is not a typo - one member of staff manning the bar and reception. The Premier room had no water, one chair, no table. I will be complaining but for now, I just needed to get it off my chest!

Check in was stressful .. room not ready .. male on reception wearing a jumper I presume was a manager very rude … very loud …came down for dinner only one person running around the restaurant poor young lad . Heard disagreement from kitchen with something being smashed and being called the word pri**. If this is how staff are treated then shame on you premier inn .

The hotel was clean and looked up to standard. The issues we had was the lack of parking after a certain time, you cannot find a space and have to park elsewhere regardless if you’ve paid. If you have a room that looks out onto the road you’ll find that the noise from the cars that go past is extremely noisy. I also had an issue at breakfast where I found some mould floating in my glass from apple juice that had been poured from the dispenser, the issue was raised with a member of staff and they couldn’t have cared less.
