great,the building is still new in 2025,the location is close to juanda airport,suitable for those who want to transit.
Clean bathroom, smooth wifi, cold ac window can open, quiet atmosphere. Close to musholla.
The furniture is also new, smart tv, springbed, there is a shared kitchen, and a snack canteen. The wifi is fast.
it's already equivalent to a 3-star hotel,with a very cheap price

"The location is about 17 minutes from the airport. The geographical environment is a bit noisy because it is in the transit area. I stayed in a 4-person room. The hygiene in the room was acceptable. There was hot water available for bathing at any time. The facilities were complete, but the only drawback was that there was no elevator. It would be more difficult for families with more luggage to travel. It would be a bit of a stretch. There were also airport pick-up and drop-off services. The price was quite reasonable. If I have the opportunity to go to Surabaya, I would still consider staying here."
