The hotel lobby environment is quite satisfactory, the service staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is mostly food with local characteristics. The number of squares in the room is not large, but it is still warm and the scenery outside the window is acceptable. The advantage of the whole hotel is that it is located in the core area of the old city, there are many scenic spots around, and the transportation and shopping are more convenient. During the epidemic, the occupancy rate was not high, and the disinfection and epidemic prevention measures were still in place.

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

Location is central, and the hotel generally meets a high standard. However, the bar was woefully understaffed on Friday night. While the waiter was polite and did his best, waiting 15-20 mins to place an order while watching one person get over-worked in a room full of customers wasn't amazing.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

It was an excellent experience, from the beginning till the end. Very beautiful room, amazing bed and the smell in the lobby that much perfect that I would wear it as a parfume. We haven’t tried breakfast but our friends are saying that’s it’s amazing. Will come back again and try next time.

Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Assuming it is also a bedroom, a fatally designed room.Coffee/tea cooking kit for 3 days of stay for 3 people includes 2 green tea, 2 disposable sugars and 2 sachets of soluble coffee. Equipment in the kitchenette: 3 tbsp for a cross, a small teflon-cut pan and one small already-cut scissor. Of course the cup also were, in the amount of 3 pieces. One small bag for garbage! No paper towels or some kind of towels in the kitchen. Apartment with anesque? This is some joke, it was in the apartments and it was always in them coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Because it is anesthetic apartments!!! Noisyly called a set of cosmetics, it is a cheap gel for shower in a collective dispenser. Of course cleaning in rooms extra paid. Nothing I've ever slept in Mecure and room at the same price is heaven and earth. At 7:00, the bad guy broke us up on the evacuation alarm. That, in fact, it was known after a moment that it was a false alarm that we learned only after we left the building and after a moment we went to the reception where it was as if nothing had happened. From the window view the wall of the block with balconies, no privacy, but I knew which hotel I was choosing. Well, it's a location in the center of ... I think it's the outskirts of the center of Warsaw. It may be a center for Warsaw, but not necessarily for hotel guests.

It’s a great hotel matching the price, located in the city center, the stuff is really helpful and nice, rooms are big and have a nice view. Really recommend this hotel for your future trips !
