Hotels Near Pompe＇s Garden in Warsaw

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

We spent 1 week in this lovely hotel and our experience was really positive. It’s located about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We ordered an Uber and the cost was under £10. The hotel is not quite in the centre of Warsaw but everything is close by and the public transport links were excellent. A real revelation was that most of the taxi rides with Free Now were under £3. Great value, especially if you are feeling lazy! Electric scooters are also available outside of the hotel and £1.80 for the day gets you unlimited free unlocks and 60 mins of free riding with Tier. Bolt, Lime and Dott also have scooters with similar offers. Warsaw has many bicycle lanes making cycling and scootering relatively safe. As others have noted, our hotel room was small. However, it comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a 14 year old. The bed in our room was king sized and our 14 year old slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfy. Housekeeping is every three days as standard but can be daily on request. All the staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Things like toothbrushes, sewing kits, sanitary products etc are available free of charge on request. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room. Our room had multiple power points and a few USB charging points. This meant that we didn’t really need to have a European adapter with us. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs can stay in your hotel room for a supplement of 100zl per night. Light sleepers beware! The hotel rooms don’t seem to be sound proofed so you will hear trams, emergency sirens etc from about 5am onwards. This didn’t bother us at all. More of an observation really. Breakfast is included in the room rate and we really enjoyed it. The offering is the same daily but there is a lot of variety. Lots of cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Juices, water and coffees are also readily available. Vegans have a section all for themselves and this includes tofu scrambled eggs. This hotel shares the same building as The Crowne Plaza hotel and you can access the restaurants for the Crowne Plaza. We went to Nova Wola on the first floor. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the environment very classy but it was definitely pricey. There is a bar with terrace on the 21st floor. It gets busy, especially if you want a terrace table, so book in advance.

A M A Z I N G hotel !!!! Very clean, very beautiful. The entire staff of the hotel really helped us with everything we needed. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). I want to point out that the employee named Daniel really helped me and he is a champion! I recommend everyone who comes to Warsaw to stay at this hotel.

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

I booked the brand-new Agora room, and it was amazing. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the room was clean and tidy. The online check-in option is amazing, the receptionists are really kind and helpful. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I didn't have any problem with the traffic. Also, the hotel is located just the starting point of the huge skyscrapers. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast were also really good, I think it worth the price of it.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌
