The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

Location is 10 km from center of Warsaw, so if you want to go downtown by foot, forget it. You wont be able to see anything from Warsaw, unless you use a taxi. We came by car, and whwn we asked for ticket for parking garage, receptionist told us that we must go to reception each time we want to go out with our car. So, if we have to go 5 times to the town, we will need to ask each time a new ticket for parking. If you think that this is because they have a guard in the garage, some extra security devices or similar. Forget it. They just have a comon cameras which I dont beleive that work at all. So if you have an expencive car, you left it on your responsibility. When we enter into a room, dissapointment was complete. Card for entering a room is the same card you have to use for the electricity, meaning that when you left a room, refrigirater will be swich off, your mobile will stop charging the batery, etc. Beside that, there is only one place to switch on the lap top, or camera, or similar device. When you search room for business travel, this is more than insuficient. Plug in beside the bed are so low that you have to put mobile on the floor in order to charge it. Carpets are dirty and with stains. There are also stains on both armchairs. Tea set is settled in the darked corner of the room, so that you cant se what are you doing. Light switches are mixed up, so when you are laying in bed you must stand up from bed to switch off the light, which make the bed lamps useless. There is no bathrobe, there is no slippers, there is no soap, or shampoo (just gel for showerbath). Space in the shower cabin is without plastic or rubber protection on the floor, so you can break you legs, because the floor is enormously slippy. Air condition in the room is not adjustable, so, either you will freeze, or you will be boiled. This hotel must be ranked with 2 stars at most.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

Very good hotel, we stay here every time when in Warsaw. The breakfast is superb, has all the possible food options. The city view from the room is amazing, too

The room was very clean and the stay itself was very satisfying. The facility here was a method of checking in by myself, but it was quite difficult because there was no detailed email from the hotel and there was only one person on the day. He responded immediately after contacting me, but ... I think it would be nice if you knew that such troubles sometimes occur. Especially if you travel alone, be careful. It was quite difficult to understand where the hotel was. I managed to reach it by asking people. Other than that, I am quite satisfied!

The whole hotel is wild But overall it's clean and the bed is good to sleep on The sofa in the room is also very comfortable Breakfast is very rich and has many choices The hotel seems to be not far from Central Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you will take a long detour. Especially when it rains and crashes and you have to drag a big luggage

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. We stayed with family only for 1 one night prior to flight. Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Warsaw, 5-7 minutes work to famous landmark - Pałac Kultury i Nauki, also more or less same distance to main railway station and few big shopping centers. Old town is also easy 15-20 min by foot. Check-in was fact and efficient, as Platinum members we were upgraded to Suite - it was located on higher floor with nice view of Warsaw, did have spacious bedroom and big living room, 2 WCs and 1 full bathroom. Room also did have complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. Bed is just standard nothing really spectacular, pillows were quite average (they do not have natural down/feather pillows). As our flight was in the early morning we didn't try their breakfast, so can't comment, however we did have dinner in hotel's restaurant and it was very delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, all public areas and also rooms were refurbished not so long time ago so look modern and nice. Overall very good hotel for short stay with excellent value for money ratio
