My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

The hostel was conveniently located in an area with lots of restaurants and bars and was within walking distance to many attractions in Warsaw. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. There are instructions at the front desk to access the building and check out after hours so make sure you take a photo of those. The rooms we booked were comfy and quiet but we were a little bit surprised to find out that our private queen room did not have a bathroom attached. However, there was a bathroom shared between a few rooms on our floor and there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets in the main area of the hostel. The room had good lighting and was quiet but there were no blinds/curtains and it was a little warm. Keeping the window open at night helped manage the temperature and we used one of the sheets to cover the window. The room was charming and cozy otherwise. Our other shared room had a bunk bed and a single bed but we had to keep the door closed because the bathroom smelled a little funky. The hostel does not provide soap/shampoo to rooms so it is recommended that you bring your own. The bathroom we had did have some Nivea body wash we believe may have been left behind by a previous guest.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

GGuest User 2022.02.26
I spent one night with my daughter in a double room in Campanile Varsovie in February 2022. On booking I had asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got :). It was very important as my daughter was to have an exam the following day and she really needed a good night rest. The bedroom and bathroom were pleasant and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also, the hotel is just one stop away from the railway Warszawa Central - the main station in Warsaw, with which it is connected by an inner-city railway, on which the ride to the Ochota stop (next to the hotel) takes just two minutes. The hotel is situated in the city centre - close to all the main attractions. On the morning of the checkout we were greeted with complementary doughnuts, as it was the popular doughnut holiday in Poland (”Tłusty czwartek”). A small gesture but a nice one!

Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

The apartment very disappointed me. With no rooms in other standards we got Junior Siut. The general impression is good. It's a new investment, so the rooms are still clean and clean. Most furniture is completely unfunctional, the fridge under the oven (?!) at the table, made it a nightmare use. A compositioned canpa, which drove off after laying down while sitting on it. In addition, with a box, which contained only one pillow and a cotton. A nightmare big cloth - a coffee table - whose move to spread the sofa required 3 people. No light bulb and contacts in the area of the sofa. Assuming it is also a bedroom, a fatally designed room.Coffee/tea cooking kit for 3 days of stay for 3 people includes 2 green tea, 2 disposable sugars and 2 sachets of soluble coffee. Equipment in the kitchenette: 3 tbsp for a cross, a small teflon-cut pan and one small already-cut scissor. Of course the cup also were, in the amount of 3 pieces. One small bag for garbage! No paper towels or some kind of towels in the kitchen. Apartment with anesque? This is some joke, it was in the apartments and it was always in them coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Because it is anesthetic apartments!!! Noisyly called a set of cosmetics, it is a cheap gel for shower in a collective dispenser. Of course cleaning in rooms extra paid. Nothing I've ever slept in Mecure and room at the same price is heaven and earth. At 7:00, the bad guy broke us up on the evacuation alarm. That, in fact, it was known after a moment that it was a false alarm that we learned only after we left the building and after a moment we went to the reception where it was as if nothing had happened. From the window view the wall of the block with balconies, no privacy, but I knew which hotel I was choosing. Well, it's a location in the center of ... I think it's the outskirts of the center of Warsaw. It may be a center for Warsaw, but not necessarily for hotel guests.

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.

JJen N.This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

GGuest UserI organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

GGuest UserThe most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as it's quite new. So all is in good condition. The bed is very good, not too soft or too hard. It has a very nice view on the City with those huge windows. The tv has chrome casting functionality which is perfect to go for netflix. Breakfast choices are very decent with wide variety of food. Very good quality as well. The downside that I have come across so far is: Restaurant service is poor. I stood in the front waiting for someone to bring to the table for a long time. Then when I was brought to the table, I found the chair being too low while I'm short, so I knew it would not be comfortable. I asked the waiter if there is another chair or table for me. He said it was not possible, while I could see many tables still available. After that, when I wanted to order, there was a lot that was not available from the menu. The presentation of the food was just so-so. I did also have to wait very long for service from the waiter. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted one more card so I could keep it in the slot for the room. I thought that was very good that they asked. But the next day, I noticed that the cleaning staff already took it away from the room. The desk lamp was not working, so I went to report it at the reception. The receptionist asked me if I tried to turn it on, which I felt it was a very silly question. So I told her yes, and I informed her that I checked it was also plugged in. When checking out, I had the same girl whom I went to for the light. I didn't feel very welcome by her. No smile or asking if everything was alright. And after she finished issuing the invoice, she didn't ask if I wanted an envelop for it, so I'd to ask for that.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserI wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead. Then he told my friend the same thing, but my friend told him that that was obviously not true as he had stayed in that dorm himself a few nights before. Then he had to basically confess that what he said had been a lie. Then he came up to me and told me that I could stay in that room after all.
