I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The hotel is very comfortable, with good views and facilities. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Opposite the Palace of Science and Culture, the scenery at night is first-class. It's a very good travel experience, basically I choose this hotel every time I'm in Warsaw. The service staff has a good attitude and smiles.

The hostel is very well located in the central Warsaw, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, along a well-being street, and is in a hidden street (like a parking of a building). If you are excited, you can walk to the historical part of the city. There is a small kitchen near the reception, with a few tables and chairs. The reception staff were very friendly and requested. There is a closed room to keep your luggage if you need to leave the room before your trip or before check-in. The rooms are on the second floor, on stairs. The room is large, the windows are wide, with view of the trees; there are a few chairs in the room; the bed was good, and the bed clothes clean. The shared bathroom was in the corridor, well clean, good shower, with some cabins (with a place to hang their things).

This hotel was quite accidentally selected mainly because of a very acceptable price for a 1 night transit stop in Warsaw. Therefore, there were quite reasonable concerns that, fortunately, were not justified. Location. It is not a historic center but it is not very far ( you can walk on the bridge through Vislu or take advantage of public transport, in other words there is a metro station Dworez Wilenski nearby ), around a very pleasant area of Prague. Almost opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall with a food hypermarket. Access to the route to Belostok is very convenient. The hotel itself is a modern 7-story building. There is an elevator. The room (3 local) is pleasantly surprised by its size as well as the presence of a mini kitchen and a refrigerator. If you are going to cook something, you should apply for the dishes. There you can take an electric teapot. All the rest in the room was quite acceptable and in decent condition. 3 bottles of drinking water and a modest set of individual cosmetic products - attached. Note and hot towel dryer in the bathroom, which is always convenient. Breakfast. It was included in the cost of the room, generally can be estimated at 3+ (for Poland, where breakfast is usually just super). Parking. There is an underground pay than we used (in my opinion, something about 40 zl per day). The entrance to the parking is really quite cool and narrow, inside too everything is quite close. According to the various car numbers in the parking, it was possible to conclude that the hotel is actively used by transit travellers. Of the downsides: a restaurant at the hotel was having some event and was (moderately) noisy. Hearing between rooms and from the corridor is also at a pretty high level. Given the low cost, acceptable level of comfort and location, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I recommend it.

It is only a 5-minute drive from Lazienki Palace. The hotel has a parking lot. The single charge is slightly expensive and the parking space is very tight. After we paid, we couldn't find a seat and parked on the street outside the hotel. The facilities in the house are basically those of a convenient hotel, and diligent cleaning is an advantage.

The whole hotel is wild But overall it's clean and the bed is good to sleep on The sofa in the room is also very comfortable Breakfast is very rich and has many choices The hotel seems to be not far from Central Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you will take a long detour. Especially when it rains and crashes and you have to drag a big luggage

The Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

JJen N.This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

GGuest UserI organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

GGuest UserThe most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

GGuest UserWe arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserI wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead.
