The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

The hotel exceeded expectations- it truly is a 5* stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good - one best selections had for long while. Great location opposite airport. Only challenge is stopping water escaping the shower onto floor ( minor point) . Two Sebastions at reception were helpful. Overall very much enjoyed our overnight airport stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel changed its pool policy so that only 1 hour visit is free. Further stay costs 50 PLN per hour. I have never encountered such restriction in even more expensive or luxurious hotels around the world. The hotel manager handled it well - we got unlimited pool visits since we haven’t been notified about the policy. Still, I cannot recommend staying here if the pool policy is in effect. Other than that, view from the pool and our room is great. Perfect location in the city center.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for a few days as a family and we absolutely adored the room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed, the living area was great for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for relaxing and working, if needed. The hotel kept us well stocked in water and coffee too. We really enjoyed the hotel’s Asian restaurant. But we were less impressed by the breakfast restaurant. There were lots of staff on hand, but huddled together in a corner and on all but one day no one came by our table to ask if we wanted anything warm to drink.

The hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Pros: The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with a bathtub. The bed is soft and comfortable, there is a big selection of food at breakfast at the hotel and it tastes good, the staff was nice, the pool is large and the water is quite warm Cons: The water in the pool sometimes smells bad, the gym is very small, the hairdryer, iron in the room look old and hard to use, the hotel location is not the best. Additionally, it seems that water is not complimentary as I was surprised when hotel staff brought a card machine to my room for payment. The price for water was also surprising; at that price, I would have never requested it and would have bought water from outside instead.

We were there for three nights as a beginning to our 10 day Poland trip and it was a wonderful introduction… The concierge… Miss Magdalena ⭐️☔️, was fantastic. She set us up for a three hour city tour which beat all of our expectations. A very important cultural introduction to a very sad and complex Warsaw. Magdalena ⭐️☔️ also introduced us to a fantastic restaurant and she really made us feel at home.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

The hotel is in a good environment, the service is very good, the architectural style is very characteristic; there is a good restaurant in the surrounding area called the palace, not far from the historic cafes Bristol and the city hall.
