Удачное расположение, приличный завтрак. Но! Сервиса нет, до лифта чемоданы нести по лестнице, нет персонала кто поможет, в номерах есть все, но пол грязный, как будто его не мыли несколько дней, песок, волосы. Сомнительные ощущения

The location of the hotel is amazing! Very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel room was not very clean. The sheets had hair everywhere, the refrigerator was not cleaned inside, and the room was extremely small. Raya, the massage therapist was amazing! I would return but book a bigger room.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff, great relaxing massage. Good breakfast, but the slow coffee machine causes unnecessary queues. Nice little room. The spa department would need development and repair to make it comfortable and functional.

The room was a little smaller than I thought, but everyone was so smiley and friendly and location was perfect and everything was nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent new butique hotel. Clean, cozy, walking distance to all the main attraction in Old Town in Warsaw. Beautiful area. The room was spacious, warm and clean. Coffee and tea added to the ambience. They have a sauna, but I run out of time to tey it.

It was in a loud part of town, the main staff were not as helpful or friendly as they should have been, I rented what I thought was a large room but got a tiny room, they did upgrade me but with a bad attitude

Excellent food, Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room we had (101) was small but spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was good.
