Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings!
My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle.

I stay here every time I catch a flight. The room size is OK. Although it is on the street, there is no noise. There is a little noise from airplanes at night, but there are few airplanes at Warsaw Airport at night, so it's okay. It's very close to the airport.

트립닷컴에는 Premier Twin 객실 넓이가 30㎡ 로 소개되어 있으나, 실제는 훨씬 좁음. 대략 22~23㎡ 정도로 추정됨. 프론트 직원은 고객이 선택한 객실타입으로 배정될 뿐이고, Premier twin room의 넓이는 모두 같다고 되풀이 할 뿐. 만약 그렇다면 트립닷컴에 잘못된 정보를 올려 고객을 속인 것.
다른 호텔들과 달리 이 호텔의 여러 직원들은 (특히 여성 직원들) 불친절하게 느껴짐.
