Absolutely disgusted with this company after they cancelled my booking a few days before arrival. This was right before Taylor Swift's concerts in Warsaw, where there was no apartments or hotels left to book. I made a reservation for the apartment back in December of 2023! They claimed the owner cancelled the contract with them, however, it was a bunch of lies as they continue to rent this same apartment now. I have booked many times from them before but will no longer use them.
