Super Hotel !

Luxury hotel with outstanding services. Something special!

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

It was a perfect ending for our last night in Europe. The experience was very good and the service was very thoughtful.

This hotel is located perfectly: between the Old town and the amazing shopping centre “Zlote Tarasy”. You will find a lot eateries, restaurants and pubs around. This Hotel is grotesque: high ceilings, high doors and a overall high building. The rooms - The Classic - is simple. Because of the design is not always practical: the mirror in the bathroom. There is a coffee machine in the room (nespresso) but no tea facilities. The hotel provides you with a “can” of still and sparkling water. The wellness area is amazing: a pool, sauna, salt coves, massage possibilities and a little fitness (cardio and light weights). 24/7 open. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant a hairdresser and a flowershop. If you’re with a car - for 170 PLN (24h) - you can park your car underneath the building. There is a Valet-service provided. Keep in mind that the Valet himself is unfriendly, cold and grumpy. The rest of the staff - on the contrary - is kind and pleasant. The housekeeping is amazing. The check-out is at 12h, but if you ask and you’re lucky, you can stay ‘till 14h (2PM). !! There is a bit of noise of the streetcars racing around at evening/ night - keep that in mind! The rooms on level 5 are underneath a restaurant. You will hear some seats “shuffle” and a little of “ceiling-noise”. // this hotel is amazing for a citytrip with a rest possibility //

Very nice hotel at the city center. Amazing design, wonderful wood and marbles! The staff is very professional and polite, they are helping on every step :) Huge rooms and specially the bathrooms with shower and the bath. I really appreciate the comfort of this hotel. One of the best in Warsaw.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Warszawa for a few days, and I am deeply disappointed with the attitude of the staff, which absolutely does not reflect a five-star hotel. Our car was parked in front of the hotel, and we were not informed about the possibility of re-parking it, resulting in an absurd parking fee. In response to our complaint, the hotel indicated that they do not have to inform us about the fee, which in my opinion is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. This is why I decided to describe this situation to warn others. The absurd parking fee is 10,000 PLN per month for parking in front of the hotel, which I consider to be a scam. The behavior of the staff was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to avoid having a bad experience during your stay.

This is such a hit and miss property. Beautifully remodeled with a mix of concrete/industrial vibe and naturalistic touches with wooden doors and floors. The execution is spot on. Unfortunately I've never slept in a room that had so much noise from next door guests. Staff was friendly but service level not at all what to expect from a hotel at this level. At breakfast no one was around to take my coffee order despite there being 6-8 staff on service (all standing in a group talking to each other). The "SPA" has a nice pool and loungers but there were small kids playing in the pool and staff just said "oh, we usually never have kids here" but they were still allowed. So much for a SPA vibe. The fitness center has some ok cardio machines but almost no weights and one (!) bench. No strength excersice machines. The final disappointment was after having checked out realizing I had forgotten to take the artisan chocolate bar from the mini bar asking to just buy one to bring with me. "They are available in the luxury shopping center 10 min away". Oh, so I can't buy one from you? "No that's not possible". SO much for service level..

Great location to explore old part of Warsaw, hotel located in a somewhat historical building with aspiring modern design that was well executed. Breakfast offer on the AlaCarte side was fairly good, good night sleep and bed, besides the pillows. Nice little spa downstairs as a perk. Hotel was certainly one of the more expensive hotels in Warsaw in similar category and for this it missed to deliver any kind of service, sorry I expect more at this price level, rather then 4 star ordinary hotel and service. It looked like it is run by part timers, the staff seemed loss all over the place, especially at breakfast. For the hotel being empty, dirty tables for hours in the breakfast room, items not cleaned and you had to ask for everything. Nice Aqua de Parma amenities in the room.

Super designed art hotel. Perfect location. Staffs are quite nice and friendly. Good high quality foods and drinks. Breakfast buffet testy and many choices. The rooms are unique designed. The thing is that they need to put pillow menu in the room. Pillows are not comfortable and so soft. There is no option for pillow. But the less all the best.

Room 511 .. I asked for a silent room, came home shortly before midnight and it was very noisy above me. When I called the reception (5 timesa) they told me that there is a restaurant that still has to clean up for another 1 hour ... thank you for paying and not beimg able to sleep after midnight ... a nightmare !

What a find! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was gorgeous with underfloor heating, a huge bath and great amenities. Lovely pool and spa area. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, would 100% recommend! Also, a great location.

Outstanding. Lovely room, great service, really nice spa and pool. Breakfast was high quality. Location is good. Spa treatments where not world class like everything else but completely satisfactory. Only problem was the last night of our visit when the aircon stopped working. They did however sort that out by transferring us to another room. Overall great for a luxury getaway!
