Good for travel, room really good and clean, nothing more to say !

The transportation is convenient, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is very rich, and the price is relatively close to the people. I saw the student football team staying there.

I'm not staying for the first time. Everywhere is clean from the bed to the toilet. Breakfast buffet. They cook delicious.

The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good. There are tram stops and bus stops at the door. It is very convenient to go to various places in Warsaw. There is also a convenience store downstairs. If there is anything missing for snacks, it is very convenient to buy.

The breakfast is rich and the location is near the airport. There is a light rail station directly at the entrance to the city center.

직원 분들도 친절하시고 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 관광지 이동도 호텔 바로 앞에 트람이 있어서 쉬웠습니다. 공항 가는 버스도 바로 앞에서 1번만 환승하면 갈 수 있어서 최적의 장소였어요!

房間較小，預訂房間時要特別注意房型面積！！設施比較差，床上沙發穿

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości

I was living in a standard single room. Good isolation, I didn't hear anything from the street. Room is rather small but with everything needed. Employees were friendly, helping with all the requests and needs. Breakfast was replaced by lunch box because of early flight that's why can't say anything about breakfast. For the rest standard hotel.

Stayed here on two separate trips for business and stayed in two different rooms. Rooms and amenities were up to standard. No complaints here. Good breakfast, although the place can be crowded at times. Also no issues with the service as I see some complaining about. So overall a good experience on both occasions.

Horrible stay. The room was cold on the 8 th floor with horrible view to the wall(855). AC , telephone, fridge nothing is working in this room, first night asked reception boys to fix the telephone, no one came to see it. 4 sewing boxes and 2 empty closed boxes of shower cap on the sink, it seems the boxes are only as decorations not for use. Horrible customer service at reception , felt like in Russia full of bureaucracy, terrible. The breakfast is very poor, receptionist could explain what breakfast do they serve. During 2 nights stay, housekeeping did not come even to collect the rubbish.Full of refugees , would not recommend to stay in this hotel. I was First time in Warsaw everything was beautiful except the hotel, maybe was unlucky with the hotel. I would rate as 2 star hotel,looks nice from outside nothing special. Very poor customer service,specially at the reception. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

First of all the hotel look fresh nd modern but they are very dirty plus air condition os very cold and if being using the room.become freezer. The pillow are super big and the next day you will have a pain in neck. The cleaners never change the bed even if you stay for long time and they do not hover just they change the towels every day. Another thing is they do not let russian people in !!!! And I could not understand why they do that !!
