As for the location, as of August 2013, the tram on the street directly in front of the hotel is currently out of service due to construction. Head north on the Z09 or Z15 bus that passes directly in front of the hotel and transfer to another bus or tram at Plac narutowicza to get to the train station or tourist attractions in the old town. Alternatively, walk south about 8 minutes to Waruzawa Racowiec and take a commuter line to the airport or central station. Either way, there are a fair number of trains, so you won't have any problems. There is a convenience store, Domino's Pizza, and supermarket on the first floor of the building where the room is located. There is also a local restaurant a short walk away. The room is rented individually and includes a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, induction heater, dishes), a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, hair dryer), a dining table and bed, a TV, and air conditioning. There is an iron and a security deposit box in the storage closet. There is no washing machine. Regarding noise, there is some noise from the neighboring rooms. Security requires three actions: a touch key at the entrance, the password for the accommodation entrance, and your room key. The day before your stay, you will receive an email with the location of the accommodation, how to enter, where your key is, important points to note, and how to check out. It was concise and easy to understand, which I appreciated.
