Staff service is terrible. I asked for hair conditioner in the afternoon before heading out but when I returned at midnight it’s still empty. I ask for hot water the staff replied ‘this is basic hotel, you can pay at cafe to buy, no free tea. I was shocked, he made me feel cheap. I just wanted hot water which most hotels offer a kettle….. or at least free hot water at lobby.
I asked for a second coffee voucher. He says you have received for two already, but I didn’t, I only received one…. 😂😂😂
The overall is terrible……..

Lovely space - very soundproof, new hotel, nice mood lights in the room, great options, a little out of district but it’s worth it. I liked it, the bed is not the best for comfort but doable - good stay. Nice staff.

The hotel is very new, so it still has a strong decoration feel. You must open the windows in the house, otherwise you will feel uncomfortable due to the smoke.
Let's talk about the service. It was basically OK, but I reported to the front desk many times that the air conditioner was not working. The front desk replied every time that they would find someone to check it out, but no one repaired it until I left the hotel.
Eating and shopping are all OK within 1 km.
