Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.

I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

Room is good for short Business trip. It’s clean, comfy, good quality and complies with the description on website. I would like to single out Mr. Jakub from the reception desk, night shift 20.04.2023. I made a mistake. Wrong date on reservation. Mr. Jakub showed great professionalism, surrounding me with care and in the middle of the night, despite almost 100% occupancy, he found a room at a good price. Very carring staff. Good work.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

”Pre-Paid” and was told on arrival that I had to purchase sheets to use my booked bed (not specified on the booking site used), and then upon purchasing such, the receptionist who didn't even check my ID said ”we don't have any pillow cases, is this ok?” - so I had to wrap a sheet around the pillow....though this was the least of the issues. My room had a homeless man in it whose luggage was covered in dirt and he used the shower/sink to wash his clothes until 4am, which he dried with the hairdryer. He also shaved his head with a trimmer....again...between 3-4am with the lights on...ofc. 'Grim' is an understatement... The first chair I sat on upon checking out in the lobby had a wet teabag on it, and I paid £1.46 at the desk for a small bottle of water....in Poland. This place is a depressing and clinical semi-worker and homeless shelter for the most part. I only stayed for 9 hours...and that was enough. The only positives were the room furnishings and the free luggage room, but of course...I wouldn't recommend :(

A relatively new hotel, outside looks stylish, but still with the lobby there is a feeling of some light irregularity, inconvenience, frivolity. From the pluses very nice girls on the respiratory, made early check-in. No questions, original shelves, there is an opportunity to watch YouTube from the phone on TV. In the room, a twig and a smooth board, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a teapot. The rooms are very worthy. Compared to hotels, the price range is not brilliant (the reason is unclear, everything is new). The hall is slightly dirty.

I spent one night with my daughter in a double room in Campanile Varsovie in February 2022. On booking I had asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got :). It was very important as my daughter was to have an exam the following day and she really needed a good night rest. The bedroom and bathroom were pleasant and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also, the hotel is just one stop away from the railway Warszawa Central - the main station in Warsaw, with which it is connected by an inner-city railway, on which the ride to the Ochota stop (next to the hotel) takes just two minutes. The hotel is situated in the city centre - close to all the main attractions. On the morning of the checkout we were greeted with complementary doughnuts, as it was the popular doughnut holiday in Poland (”Tłusty czwartek”). A small gesture but a nice one!

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.
