I booked hotel accommodation with free breakfast for two people. After breakfast, the restaurant charged £10 per person, totaling £20. I checked the bill and found out that a simple English breakfast was an upgraded breakfast, and the free breakfast was just a cup of hot coffee! £20 for two breakfasts in a hotel is not expensive, but it's hard to understand that the free breakfast is a cup of hot coffee per person! This was a very bad experience, something I have never seen in over 40 years of staying in a hotel! I suggest that the hotel should list on the booking website that the accommodation comes with two free cups of morning coffee to avoid guests thinking that the hotel is cheating!

This is my first time visiting this hotel. I feel good. The room is comfortable and the service attitude is good. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, so it would be a bit difficult to carry luggage to the second floor.

The hotel is in an old house. The breakfast room and reception are on the ground floor. They are very small. The rooms are on the first and second floors. There is no elevator, so it is quite difficult to carry a large suitcase to the first floor.
