Staff are friendly and kind, but room is little dirty…
The coffee maker covered with dust, bed sheets is wrinkled, shower wall was not cleaned, less bath tissue and noisy refrigerator….
The pool area, a family was using the all tables, kids are screaming, children were running hallway middle of night….
I will never go back there…

The deposit was not previously displayed before selecting the hotel, it would have been nice to prepare by having the amount of cash on hand to cover it before arriving. They offer an ATM machine in the lobby but for some reason only allowed $40 to be withdrawn at a time.- it’d take 3 transactions to cover the deposit with a minimum of $12.00 in bank fees. 0 stars for that part only.

Nice Hotel
The Hotel was clean, cozy and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. The only complaint is that there were some rough, rude and unpleasant guests that hung out in the lobby and dining area. I feel hotel staff should have confronted rude guests who were loud and cursing in common areas. Some people don't seem to know as to how to conduct theirselves in public. This part of Warren is a nice area but it's only 20-30 minutes north of some rough neighborhoods in nearby Wayne County and so you might run into some rough characters here. Keep the riffraff out and it's a great hotel.

Wont be going back
Hard time checking in. Wasnt given wrist bands for the pool or told about them until kicked out of the pool to get them. Pool was super over crowded and dirty. The whole plave smelt like **** and alcohol. Very loud.

Wasn’t able too use the hot tub or pool and they removed the waffle maker kids was running around everywhere and it was really loud and there was no towels
