This is a black spot. I have prepaid with Ctrip. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up the key from the self-service machine, the clerk asked me to provide my credit card information and said that an additional fee of 30 Australian dollars for bedding would be deducted. I gave them my credit card information and charged it. On the third day, my credit card was swiped. Thanks to the bank freezing the card for what it considers suspicious transactions. Be careful everyone

Convenient getaway
Just a quick get away a this was perfect. Close to the bay for walks. Great restaurant on site and coffee at your door. What more could you want

Family visit
This motel was a great find. Having been recently renovated, our rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean.
The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and despite the noise from guests next door, we slept very well.
We had a lovely view of the lake across the road, with great access to walking/cycling tracks, and parks with a fabulous coffee truck at the door.
This will be our regular accommodation in the area from now on.

Thank you we were very impressed with our accommodation. Very clean & well presented unit. Love the permanent coffee van at the front of the motel the coffee & the ham, cheese toasties were delicious. Top spot to stay with a great walking area around the lake, beautiful views. We will stay again

Weekend Family Stay
The stay was lovely, the room was very clean (there was a slight bleach smell that lingered)
The pool was popular with the kids, and was beautifully maintained.
The communication with the staff was excellent, from us arriving late due to traffic and the easy directions on checking out.
There was an odd (sewerage like smell) around the entrance of our room to the carpark.
The amenities for the kitchenette were great, if possible it could be a good idea to add a serrated knife to the cutlery (hard to cut bread rolls with a butter knife)
The shower was divine! Great water pressure and easy to use.
Thank you for a lovely visit!!
