Comfort Suites Near Robins Air Force Base

Hotel was clean overall. Room and shower were very clean. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. The room had ample space and was larger than a normal double bed room in my experiences. Shower was not warm enough. Not that it was not hot, or too cold, it was just warm and not warm enough to feel clean. Tried to take a bath and the drain wouldn’t hold the water in, and the water pressure was so low it couldn’t keep up. The cool shower also had no pressure on any of the shower head settings. Check in and front staff: upon arriving the front staff seemed mad about something and then we felt like they projected that on us. They told us the pool was closed and would not give us a time when it would be open. We chose this place because of the advertised pool and paid more for that amenity because we thought our kids could burn some energy before bed. They opened it in the morning but we were already put out and the water was broth-looking. Overall it was just a nice place to sleep and a nice bed. Everything else seemed broken. From the pool, shower, breakfast was meh, the two person elevator… I would’ve complained to the front desk but it is not their fault that the hotel is being poorly managed. Most of the things we had issues with were with operations. Not cleanliness or comfort. Try to do better for the next family. We will pick the la Quinta in this exit next time.

Pictures online looked nice. Booked for one night. When we got there, the place was not as nice as we thought it would be. Front desk worker was snappy. Got to room, someone was in there painting. I said I’d go ask for a different room and the guy said it was fine and left. Front desk offered to move me to a queen (booked a king). No thanks don’t want to downgrade when I’d already been told to stay in that room and brought our stuff in. Sheets were dirty. There was a solar light beaming directly into my window all night so it was extremely lit up in the room at night even with the blackout curtains closed. Breakfast was pitiful/minimal with burnt sausages. We left as quickly as we could. Definitely nicer options around town. We actually paid more for the room than others we saw, thinking it would be really nice. It was not.

I loved everything but the jacuzzi, it was disgusting. The water was extremely dirty and when you turned jetts on the pump made such a loud screaming noise you couldn't stay in there any way. The pool was very cold and not usable. The room, breakfast and staff made up for it though. We will stay again

Absolutely five star customer service, room decor, room amenities, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, location, price, parking, breakfast. The hallways and elevator look shoddy otherwise it would be a five star hotel!

Elevator did not work during entire visit. After telling us this, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Did not have enough rooms keys to give us 2 which became an issue when making plans with family. There was food on the floor by the mini fridge. The beds were HORRIBLE.

Room was fine, but the breakfast was not that good. I should have made a waffle instead of having the eggs and sausage. My wife drinks decaf only and she said it tasted like it was leftover from the day before.

Great location clean friendly service everything is in walking distance and nice room

This place was 20x nicer than the doubletree by Hilton at sea world in Florida. Definitely will stay again

The staff was wonderful, breakfast had good options. The room was nice, clean and spacious. I would stay here again.
