The pillows are fluffy, the rooms are clean, great breakfast, and wonderful staff!!! Mandy and Cathy took great care of me during my stay....I wanted to stay close to shopping places and what do you know; it was right across the street!! Wow!!!

Good location within walking distance of a number of shops and close to the major highway, I-75. The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The late night staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, My room phone did not work but I never checked with the front desk to confirm whether it was operator error or not. The ice machine is only accessible in another area by your room key which protects that option for the benefit of only the guests.

Anytime I'm traveling through Warner Robins, I always stay here. The facilities are always reasonably clean, the staff are great, no complaints at all! And the breakfast is more than expected. I highly recommend this Baymont to anyone wanting a good hotel at a reasonable price.

I was welcomed in with a great smile when I arrived to check in. The staff member was friendly and was fast at getting my key card to my room. I was informed of the breakfast time, where to go for breakfast, and the checkout time. The staff member was very friendly and professional and that is why I love staying at the Batmount.

upon check in maybe 390 minutes in i saw the first roach on the door. then they came out from everywhere like an army of roaches. i have yet been refunded from priceline because they say that the hotel did not autorize the refund. i have now involved corporate wyndham and priceline

The rooms are dirty and they have roaches. Went to 5 rooms before I could find one that was usable due to smell and/or air conditioning issues. Then we couldn't sleep because the dead bolt wouldn't lock and someone beating on our door at 1am. But because the lock was not working correctly we were worried someone might break-in.

Book online for 2 beds ended up with king with pull out sofa blood on my sheets hair stuck to the bathtub, charger 25 dollars for a no smoking room that was a smoking room including a ashtray, breakfast was far from contanel. Never again

Once we got past the lady of the evening who thought my husband was there for her before seeing that he was there with his family, it was fine. The room was fine. The shower curtain had the same thickness, and efficacy, as single-ply toilet paper and kept sliding down on the poorly installed shower curtain rod. We opted not to eat breakfast at the hotel and grabbed something on our way to our destination. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stop on our way to Disney.
