The place is all right they get a lot of Renovations they're doing the accommodations were as usual but the AC really didn't work all that well and I felt like it was more than a hassle to bother with cuz they really have anybody available right then and there and I was tired the pool wish I was expecting because of in season would have been open or at least a hot tub but the gates are locked and was upset was looking forward to it the next morning so for the lack of in the price of I was a little dissatisfied and they're located in the middle of town and there was only 31 channels on the television which to me seem to be like digital TV not cable so if you're looking for a place that will take you in after midnight then you got your place they won't prorate it so come morning you're gone but I think that's with any place almost

Great location, near attractions. Newer hotel with comfortable rooms and lobby. I appreciated the citrus scented soap and body wash. There were plenty of electrical outlets and lights in the room and bathroom. It was raining so I didn’t use the pool or rooftop bar. I would stay here again. The Sushi restaurant across the street is a good dinner option.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to thank you for the very nice, pleasant service and stay in your house. The room is very nice and barrier-free, so I was able to move and get ready without assistance. Unfortunately, this rarely happens to me. Also, the staff and service was very friendly, polite, helpful. If there were a few problems here and there, they were kindly noted and tried to solve them as quickly as possible. These solutions were more than satisfactory.

On 12/25/22, we drove fourteen hours to get to this hotel having made a reservation earlier in the day and being provided an email stating that we had ”A Guaranteed Reservation”. Upon arrival, I was told that there was no room and that our reservation was not ”actually guaranteed”. The desk clerk stated that the hotel had ”overbooked rooms” and that there was no room available for me, my wife, and my two small children; all of whom were dead tired and needing a good night's sleep. Very late at night, I had to go hunting for another room in that town and luckily was able to find lodging in the Holiday Inn Express down the street. (Great customer service and a nice hotel in case you're wondering. Also an outstanding breakfast!) I made a complaint with Marriott Customer Complaints at 1 (800) 721-7033 and was given a complaint number and told that the hotel management would contact me to discuss the incident. No one from the hotel ever called. On 01/09/23, I telephoned the Marriott Customer Complaint number again, provided my complaint number, was transferred to a ”supervisor” and was told that reservations, despite being ”guaranteed”, are not in fact guaranteed in the event the hotel overbooks the facility. They answered none of my questions and only repeated, ”Your credit card was not charged. Your credit card was not charged” then said it was my fault for not arriving at the hotel earlier in the evening. The representative then disconnected the call while I was speaking. That was very frustrating and the worst customer service I have encountered in the lodging industry. I called the number back and asked to speak to the supervisor of the supervisor. I was connected with ”Moses” and explained the situation as well as the conduct of the previous ”supervisor”. Moses put me on hold, called the hotel, and then informed me that he could not locate a manager at the facility. He took my information again and said the manager of the hotel would contact me by email within three to five business days. (For the record, Moses had a great business demeanor.) Moses agreed that a customer has an expectation that a hotel will have a room available upon arrival. If you want to have a room to sleep in when you arrive, do NOT make a reservation at this hotel. Make a reservation at the comfortable Holiday Inn Express down the street where the staff is very friendly and have you can enjoy a great free breakfast.

The two people at the check in desk were absolutely wonderful. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet was turned off for some reason, but I turned the water back on at the valve. The bedding looked clean & inviting. The bed felt extremely firm. I went out to dinner, and there were plenty of chain restaurants and stores to choose from- extremely convenient location. Went to bed and the bed was unusually firm, so tried sleeping on my stomach. Woke up thinking “I slept through the night!” Nope..that’s not the morning sun, it was 2am and so much light was coming through the window it was disorienting! I must have awakened a dozen times in the night in pain. I had no idea a hotel could have such uncomfortable beds. I have arthritis and my body hurts so much at 6am, I wish I could check into a different hotel, take muscle relaxers and pain medication and sleep all day, to try to relieve the pain & get some rest, but no. I have to drive 5 hours today! My back, hips & shoulders are screaming. This hotel should be called Uncomfortable Suites! I’m sitting in bed writing this at 6am and it hurts just to sit here. What the actual heck?? I gave a rating a 2 instead of a 1 because it’s relatively clean, affordable, convenient, and the staff was nice... but Holy Moses, is this bed uncomfortable! Let’s face it, comfortable sleep is the most important quality in a hotel. Unless you enjoy the FIRMEST of mattresses, choose another option.

The totel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We came to this hotel after an awful experience at another hotel. They gave us a room and made sure we were comfortable. We had no reservation so it meant a lot to us, especially because it was getting late and our son had to rest for he was to compete in a swim meet the next morning.
