Our stay at the ALTE STROM HOTEL was one of the best during our short tour through Germany. The room had a great view and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We will be back and looking forward to it.

directly located in the center of Warnemünde. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakast. The room was also nice and the view on the old river is unique. Not feasible for handicaped people because a few rooms only reachable by elevator.

I found a friendly and helpful front desk, a varied champagne breakfast, comfortable beds, a small fridge in the room, the train station is pretty close and the beach is easy to reach along the old stream.

We are "repeat offenders" and keep coming back to Warnemünde, simply because we like the place and its surroundings so much. The Hotel am Alten Strom is now our permanent refuge and it will remain so. The team is unsurpassed in terms of friendliness and attention. We understand price increases as a result of the unspeakable lockdown policy in connection with the corona pandemic. What we don't like is the price development in the gastronomy sector. For us, prices for drinks, wines and food cannot be fully explained by the development of cost structures (energy prices or purchase prices). Incidentally, this applies not only to your house but to the whole town of Warnemünde and its facilities. It is precisely for these reasons that we did not award an "excellent".

Nicely located hotel in a good location. Rooms are large and clean, windows seal well. In the summer certainly very warm right under the roof. Everything very easy to reach on foot. Unfortunately, the breakfast is definitely not worth the €17.50-we have never paid that much money in a hotel. Get it outside for €7.90. The staff should definitely be better trained - a shrug of the shoulders at an English-speaking guest and the following soft cursing (l... I'm all at the A today...) in such a hotel a no go! I will definitely not come back, too bad.
