Except for the check in, the staff is not friendly. The paid garage for parking is too far, especially inconvenient in bad weather.

Ein absolutes Spitzen Hotel in der besten Lage am Leuchtturm. Unser Zimmer 218 war in jeder Beziehung ein Volltreffer. Das Design ist modern, sehr elegant aber auch zurückhaltend. Alle Ausstattungsgegenstände waren von hoher Qualität. Das Zimmer war ein sog. Panorama-Zimmer mit einem Blick auf die Ostsee wie er schöner nicht sein kann.

Sind am 22.6.angereist in der Vorraussicht bis Sam.den 28.6 zu bleiben bzw. gebucht zu haben im Strom Inn.Hatten aber bloss bis 27.6 gebucht. Man fragte uns ob wir noch 1 Tag länger bleiben würden. Was wir bejaten. Gestern am 26.6 ereilte uns eine Erinnerung auf dem Handy ,das am 27. 6 Abreisetag ist.Wollte heute versuchen das Zimmer für 1 Nacht zu stornieren,mit Vorlage der Zugverbindung,was leider nicht möglich war. 165€ für nichts,Danke Hotel am Leuchtturm. Wird mir nachhaltig in Erinnerung bleiben. Ich weiss das es unsere Schuld war,aber man hätte mit einem kleinen Abschlag entgegen kommen können. Dadurch das wir nicht das erstmal dort waren. Aber bestimmt das letzte mal.Vielen Dank

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, super freundlich und sauber. Super schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick zur Ostsee.

3 Übernachtungen knapp Euro 1000.- mussten das Zimmer vom 2. Og. In den 1.Og. wechseln ,weil das viel zu kleine "Bad" (haha) nicht zu gebrauchen war ( einfach viel zu klein, Toilette für Kinder !! ) Parking 10 min. Fussmarsch öffentliche Einstellhalle beim Hotel Neptun pro Tag 14 .- Euro !!! Unser Zimmer war ein Brutkasten , 32° beim Einzug !! Sonne knallt voll ins Zimmer. Das Bad im 1.OG. war gross genug , die Dusche kein Wasserdruck, das Fenster musste geschlossen sein weil direkte Sicht auf den Balkon vom Nachbarn!! Das aussehen vom Hotel Bau ist wunderschön, täusch jedoch über die (unser) Zimmer. Frühstück war tiptop Rezeption ebenfalls, beim nächsten Besuch von Warnemünde nehmen wir aber ein anderes Hotel.
