Premier Inn Worcester (M5,Jct6)

Tonight I was greeting by Amy and Katie that are an absolute credit to the company!! Both greeted me with a polite professional and happy manner!! They helped with all my enquiries and held a great knowledge of the hotel and local area. I would highly recommend this premier inn as one of the best I have stayed at.

Lovely spacious room that I have come to expect at Premier Inn. Room was clean with everything I needed and perfectly functional. Bed was super comfy and plenty of hot water and tea coffee. Loved that they have a filling station in reception for additional teas, coffees, etc that you can help yourself to if you run out. There is also a couple of vending machines if you fancy a little treat and a Beefeater restaurant adjacent to the hotel serving delicious food. Being on a business park it is very quiet at night which is just what you want after a hectic work day. Amy and Katie on reception were wonderful, very informative about the hotel and check in was smooth. They even changed my evening meal booking at the restaurant with a happy smile. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly ambience and Premier Inn feel

Room was warm and comfortable, exactly what I've come to expect from a Premier Inn so no disappointments. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would return. The beefeater across the road is the biggest let down (I have reviewed separately). Having eaten at many premier inn restaurants this was by far the worst, the all you can eat isn't actually a buffet it's choose what you want from the menu and it will come out cold but don't be thinking you're getting seconds in this place it's not on offer regardless of what the advert says. The selection of cereals, bread and croissants were all left out over night we noticed so were dry the next day. I've never seen this happen anywhere else either.

We were travelling from the north of Scotland to Cornwall it was the perfect stop just off the motorway. The staff were lovely and very helpful especially the ladies at breakfast

The hotel was fine. The Beefeater was very understaffed. We had advised both hotel and restaurant manager that a group of 60+ were staying for the weekend. Friday evening meal they had few staff on. Starters were taking over an hour to arrive. Cold food. One lady was ill from the food. Breakfast still understaffed, and being staffed by the same people from the night before. We had reserved tables for breakfast both mornings. Some were not able to sit for over an hour due to staffing issues. The staff that were there were lovely. Worked very hard and as best they could for us. But very understaffed.

Check in for 1 night on Easter Sunday & it was really friendly. Our room was exactly what we had booked. We ate at the Beefeater next door for evening meal & breakfast. We had a great nights sleep on a very comfy bed so much so that we have purchased a Premier Inn mattress. Premier Inns are definite fantastic value for money we will continue to use them whenever the situation arises

The staff were amazing. Needed a brake from driving for the night. Staff were super helpful and booked us in with ease. Very clean and tidy hotel rooms. All appliances worked with no issues.Would recommend to any one who needs rest for the night driving on the M5.

Room had a drain smell has to have window even though cold mould in shower in the corner , heater not working as woke up freezing and the control unit not working, on the good side of things when we checked in staff friendly welcomec

The room was large and very clean. It was really quiet and so I had had a good nights sleep. The reception staff were great, they were really friendly and helpful. Lots of Good parking with a Beefeater on the doorstep which was friendly and very convenient. The food and the service was good enough, no complaints.
