Half way point going down to meet some of the family on our hollibobs! Very friendly check in on reception, brilliant that it is free parking, as not many places are anymore! Room was exactly what you get on the tin, but great for the price and very clean and comfy bed, even very accommodating for extra towels on reception. We purchased a meal deal, which may I add, is fantastic value for money, even with a few surcharges, nothing to complain about, with breakfast as well, it’s amazing and fantastic for the price! We went over the restaurant opposite, and greeted by a young lady, who we later learned was called Alice, who was our waitress then for the evening. Very efficient and friendly in serving us and fellow diners around we noticed. Food came quickly and very yummy and we still can’t believe the price for it when purchasing the meal deal! Breakfast in the morning was a buffet, but still lovely food, plenty of choice! We will definitely be returning, as we have had a very yummy and enjoyable stay! Thankyou all .

Had 2 night at Worcester North on 18th July. Premier Inn was always the go-to place for us. Reasonable quality and known product. In recent years, Premier Inn has gradually and consistenly gone down hill - they don't ever update any of their own stock and the hotels are starting to get very scruffy around the edges and now smell like the old establishments we all decided to get away from and which gave Premier Inn their great start. Really sad. I've had enough of Premier Inn now. Still very consistent, but consistently ... Anyway, this particular stay, no Cellular signal and 50k WiFi. Temperatures in both rooms was above 35C. No air conditioning and the fan provided did nothing. At £240 for the 2 rooms - that is not on in 2025.

Half way stop to meet family down south for our hollibobs! Great little half way rest, right next to the motorway and cheap and cheerful, friendly staff member on reception when we checked in, free parking which is a bonus as most places are not anymore. Room lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable, not as hot today, but either way was a fan in the room for us and very accommodating on reception for extra towels. We had purchased a meal deal, which is fantastic value to eat in the adjacent restaurant, a lady met us at the door, which was also our server for the evening, to later learn her name was Alice, she very friendly and efficient in getting drinks, taking our order and getting food out to us, checking on us throughout. Breakfast in the morning was also great value, obviously included in the meal deal and very tasty! Overall this had been an enjoyable stop over from start to finish, and we will definitely be returning, quite possibly on the way back home!

I’d advise that you check out other hotels in the area with air conditioning if the weather is hot. This particular Premier Inn doesn’t have air conditioning. It will make for a miserable stay if the weather is hot as they only have a fan on a time - max of an hour.

Found the hotel quite easliy by using satnav postcode from website. The first room was very very dated. Linen was dirty, holes in the curtains, lino was lifting in the bathroom and wifi was non existent, as was phone signal. Asked to change room, to which there were only old style rooms left or an accessible room which had an update or a bedroom with 2 single beds. The new room was better than the last but still haf a few snags. It had a few spiders in the room and bathroom so if you’re not a fan i would check the room beforehand. There were stains on the pillow too. The restaurant was quite dirty and needs a good refurbish too. Was initially sat at a dirty table and had crumbs on my arms went i leant on the table. Food at the restaurant is very mediocre mircowaved food. Not worth £130 for the night.

I have stayed in many a premier inn over the years for work purposes. They are all what they say on the tin, but never any complaints, comfortable beds, very clean, but by far the best due to the service I received from Alice in the restaurant over the road. She made me feel at ease and welcome the whole week, which has been great whilst I have been away from the family. She is great for this place and also very good at her job as all other customers around me I could see were also very happy. She said at a later date, that there will be a refurb and a new restaurant later in the year, so hopefully will be returning to check it out!

Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep. However the restaurant was less than pleasant. Dirty carpet, walls, ceiling and benches. Carpet and bench coverings torn. Toilet dirty. Had to take second choice, then third choice of drinks, then wrong drink was served. My meal when served after a long wait was incomplete and waitress said the meal was correct according to kitchen menu rather than the menu on the table We did receive a partial refund after speaking to the manager who confirmed that the menu given to customers was correct.
