We love the peace & quiet that this accommodation offered. The room, including the toilet, was cosy and clean. The breakfast prepared by the host was excellent. Even the garden outside was very good for a relaxing walk in the morning.

The boss is very nice and the breakfast is very good. Knowing that we didn't drive, he drove us to nearby attractions. The courtyard is very unique.

We had the most tranquil and restorative weekend stay with friends. This place is just perfect. Kim the host was fantastic, and her cooked breakfasts are just to die for. She is gorgeous warm person and a wonderfully helpful host. If that's not enough, she bakes the most sublime chocolate chip cookies, a lovely surprise treat. The bed was the most comfortable I can remember. There is lots to do around Warburton and we had some lovely walks, exploring of shops and rented bikes for an afternoon on the rail trail. A great weekend away. Will be back again, I hope.

Lovely little Bed and Breakfast in Warburton.
Perfect place to rest if you’re doing the Rail Trail (as long as you don’t mind the steep driveway!)

We spent a great night in Warburton at the Buttercup Hill. The location is great, a very quiet relaxing spot a km or 2 outside of the main business area of Warburton. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Kim, who showed us around and loaded us up with useful local information. Our room was one of 3 bedrooms in an older heritage style cottage. We had a nice ensuite bathroom in our room and there was a large common area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and the Wifi internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast cooked up by Kim the next morning – super delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Breakfasts were great and being able to engage with other guests was lovely.
