Clean and comfortable, staff was great definitely enjoyed our stay breakfast was good and no issues with elevator or any services halls were clean and quiet would recommend to anyone traveling one of the best I’ve stayed in thank you for the hospitality

As always, our stay was great. Patty and Megan are outstanding in providing service! We always stay at this hotel when in the area and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Love the beds and pillow choices. Good location.

Facilities are new and clean, beds cozy, temp comfy, staff friendly and helpful. The varying styles of rooms at different price points was appreciated. Public transportation in O-town is currently lacking (no Uber/Lyft/scant taxi service, etc.), but the hotel and facilities were great. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options provided for breakfast/meals. There was no event at Bridge View Center the weekend of this stay, so parking wasn't an issue. Would stay again!

The hotel was clean, and inviting with plenty of parking. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to my room to find out that I had a choice of a firm or soft pillow. Being a firm pillow girly, that made my stay all the better. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were great! Beds were comfortable and you had choices for pillows, girl or soft. The staff was great too. In my opinion, the restaurant was VERY over priced for what we received. 4 drinks and a 5oz fillet for $71??? Really?? The food was ok, but Nothing special to make it that expensive.

Staff were super nice, room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the traffic noise which we are not used to. Next time (we plan to come again) we will request a room on the other side. We realize outside noise is something you cannot control.

This Cobblestone is the nicest in Ottumwa. Not only is it new and fresh but it also has the best coffee (Starbucks) tea (Teavana) and snack area. The breakfast is wonderful with a nice variety. BUT the best part was the nicest staff - Marla and Steffen. My elderly father had his own room and he fell and couldn’t get himself up. With both locks engaged it took a group effort to finally gain access. They were so kind and helpful. While my dad’s pride was a bit bruised, we all were incredibly grateful for their helpful respectful ways. This is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting Ottumwa.
