酒店在萬載古城裡，門臉很小，但進去後發現其實很大氣。酒店有免費停車場，唯一覺得需要改進的是空調系統，我們這次遇到下雨，天冷，開了一晚上都不覺得暖和。帶着長者和孩子的，需要注意一下。

不錯，不錯！遠觀還有點小家子氣，進入大堂後感覺內有乾坤。賓館由兩棟相連的單體多層建築構成，硬件設施不輸一般的五星級酒店，地下是大型停車場，目前車位充足。其實賓館就在萬載古城內，晚上在房間就能觀賞煙花表演，值！

差一點掉房卡，問前台如果掉了卡要賠50元，幸虧找到了，不然一定要和他們理論，這什麼年代一張房卡真的是天價，不知道多少倍的懲罰性賠償，現在很多酒店掉了就給顧客重新配一張，顧客又不會有意掉，即使要陪那就按成本價，酒店這個規章制度真的很傷顧客的心，也對酒店會留下很不好的印象，還有房間的一張賠償價目表可謂是琳琅滿目，非常不舒服。下雨到前台借一把傘還要押房卡，放客如放賊，所有的制度都建立在不相信顧客基礎上，這樣落後的酒店管理制度和服務，不知道管理層是從哪裡學的經營理念
