雖然不是五星級酒店，但也是萬載縣當地比較豪華的酒店了，硬件設施不錯，整體還是比較滿意的～附近也有便利店超市、小餐館，外賣叫起來也很便利～

對萬載維也納酒店➕100分，前台服務態度非常好，對疑慮都是一一解答我們，一家人入住，特意安排了安靜位置又大點的房間，設施配套也很全，真的是很nice的入住體驗，我想以後會繼續選擇維也納國際！

環境衞生還行，給我印象很深刻的是一個大姐，在我辦完入住上電梯的時候，他在旁邊打掃衞生，看到我辦好入住很迅速地幫我按了電梯，並幫我擋住電梯的門，本人也是一個酒店人，對於這些細節服務真的很有感觸
