The room type has been upgraded, and the hotel service is timely and considerate. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high enough. Some of the Sunac Sun Moon Bay listings can meet the same standards. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation is not good. At three o'clock in the morning, the sound of the balcony door next door closing made me worry that someone had entered the balcony of the room, because the balconies of all the rooms are connected, which was a bit scary... until the other party opened the door again and went to take a shower, I confirmed that it was a sound insulation problem."

I hope the front desk reminds the guests to be quiet at night and not disturb others' rest! I also want to complain about the waiters in the restaurant on the third floor. Their attitude and faces are as long as their long johns. Since they are in the catering industry, they should not embarrass the customers so early in the morning! What’s more, the food is gone and they won’t serve it. It’s Chinese New Year and there are a lot of people here, so they should just serve it in a timely manner! What's the point of losing face? The price is higher than usual, and you still have to look at the face?"

"Location: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead. Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated. Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided."
