不建議入住，酒店態度傲慢，感覺都給平台小姑娘訓哭了，主觀感覺酒店毫無服務理念，大家可自行代入對比下其他酒店。長輩自己從平台預訂的酒店，也不怎麼會操作，預訂之後完全忘記有這件事。第二天我無意間發現有一個酒店預訂訊息顯示是前一天的，趕緊給取消，結果狀態自動從待入住變為已離店且扣款，期間酒店沒有過任何電話詢問，找**，酒店態度強硬拒絕任何退款，從未有過電話詢問，還説當晚12點前溝通取消也能部分退款。第三次平台的客服小姑娘來電話時感覺隱約帶着哭腔來溝通。大家出來玩開開心心的，長輩被這弄得不開心，平台客服還是比較給力的，沒見過這樣的酒店。正常酒店，如果客人時間太晚還沒到100%會電話溝通是否能到店，是否要留房間，如果是後半夜到店還會提醒離店時間不會變。平台訂單中讓填寫預計到店時間還有什麼用呢？我個人懷着惡意揣測，這家酒店衹管房間賣出去了就行，入不入住我照樣賺錢，不入住還能純賺。
