Many places in the room cannot be looked at carefully, they are very dirty. 7. The door is not locked. If you smoke at the door, you can see directly inside through the gap in the door, clearly. It can be said that after staying in Hainan for 11 days, it was the most unsatisfactory day. I can only say that the scenery is really good. I hope the boss will still manage it carefully and make more improvements. Don't let such a good place go to waste! ! ! The facilities can be upgraded to a higher level, the service awareness can be improved, the sanitation should be seriously improved, and the prices can be improved.

When I first came to this hotel, it felt like Thailand because there were many people skateboarding. I live on the third floor with a queen bed and the view is the most beautiful. The restaurant in the B&B can make some simple meals like wontons and noodles. I drove out to buy some snacks. I drank two bottles of beer downstairs and went upstairs but there was no water. I went to the service staff downstairs and asked me if I had no water. I said Tap water, what kind of tap water? It looked like a mess. I went upstairs and took a look and said the water was cut off. They asked me to go to the public area downstairs to wash it. My husband and kids didn’t find it troublesome so they didn’t wash it. I went to the second floor to brush my teeth and waited for my toothbrush. After I finished the water, it ran out again. I hurriedly ran to the first floor to wash my face. Before I finished washing, there was no water either. I was told that water would come in the morning, so I didn’t care. I thought I would wash my face in the morning, but I waited until half past nine at seven o’clock. There was still no water, so I went downstairs to see the waiter, who said the water had come. I said there was no water on the third floor, and when I came up to see it, I said the pump was broken. I was really depressed. There was no water all night last night and the bathroom could not be used. After waiting all morning, you told me that the pump was broken and there was still no water. Instead of showing any apology, I told him that I had booked a private bathroom. Yes, it turned out that there was no water. It was 30°C in Hainan and there was no water for bathing. Are you going to collapse? As a result, he said, "Don't tell me, don't be so loud. Oh my God. My family also advised me to pack my things and leave quickly."
