This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The service staff is very kind, and the housekeeper Xiaona is the most helpful, very detailed and thoughtful! There is a beach right outside the hotel, the sand is good and there are not so many people, the baby loves it very much. The next day, I also went to pick up shells from 8 am to 12 pm... The child was very happy but it was a bit exhausting. Friendly reminder: If you want to pick up shells, you have to go as early as possible according to the tide time. The location can be from the beach in front of the hotel along the Amy to the Guanlang Pavilion reef. There are shells all the way, and the Guanlang Pavilion has the most.

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

The hotel 8 is situated about 2km from the high speed railway station (taxi 10rmb) and has 25 floors with a number of the lower floors used for functions such as weddings. Nice pool and gym, both open 14:30 till 22:30, staff is friendly but as not many foreign people stay Chinese is useful to communicate. Rooms are comfortable and large size, style of decoration is classic. Buffet breakfast in morning. Note for none smokers, smoking is common in all of the hotel including lobby and restaurants.

We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The hotel also thoughtfully placed children's soft floor mats, children's toothbrushes and There are children's slippers, there is a children's playground indoors to catch claw machines, and outside you can soak in hot springs, swim and play in the water. It was my first time to travel to Wanning and I was afraid that I would have a bad experience in a bad hotel. But this hotel gave me a really good experience. The room was not damp at all and had no peculiar smell. The sheets were very clean and not dirty at all. Place, and this hotel is also a smart hotel with high cost performance. I really recommend this hotel for over 100 yuan. The lady at the front desk heard that I was from out of town and recommended local attractions and food to me. She was really enthusiastic. This was a perfect trip that couldn't be more perfect. Every bit of Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula was perfect and met all the wishes of the children. First of all, the room. The hotel helped us upgrade to a family suite for free. There is a huge living room with a balcony, with pirate ship bunk beds, a small tent, a large dining table and sofa, a bedroom with a balcony, two toilets, a cloakroom corridor and a huge bathroom. The hotel consists of dozens of 2-5-story buildings, connected by electric vehicles, and basically available on call. The breakfast is refreshing and delicious. There are little *interactions at 9 o'clock, making balloons of various shapes. There are children's programs in the children's playground from morning to night. We participated in cookie making, and the children ate all the cookies in one go. There is a huge beach outside the hotel. The children can't dig sand all day, and they can catch small crabs at night. The hotel also has a chocolate making workshop, where you can make chocolate made from Hainan cocoa beans by hand, which is fragrant. Of course, the best thing is the hotel's service. Every service staff is very warm and friendly. Special mention should be made of our housekeeper Marcia, who cares about our needs anytime and anywhere. There are also Wang Huixin and Yan Chaolian from the Yuequ Camp, who are especially good at taking care of the children and making friends with them. We will definitely come back again, so we are all very satisfied.

The hotel environment is quite good, there are many mosquitoes, and the hygiene is average, but fortunately there is a swimming pool and hot spring. It was very comfortable to soak in the hot springs after a walk in the evening. The sound insulation is very poor, and there were children screaming and playing in the swimming pool in the middle of the night, which was very noisy. Maybe it's the peak season and the waiters are a little busy.
