多年入住中體驗最差的地方。
① 掛羊頭賣狗肉，在攜程上名為酒店，實則公寓。希望平台認真核查整頓。
②最令人不可容忍的是，房東態度極其粗暴、惡言惡語、毫無服務意識、缺乏做為商家做人的最基本素質，沒有教養。下訂單後，打電話詢問地址，請告訴街路號。房主態度生硬扡衹講小區名和樓號。再繼續詢問，竟然氣亨享扡掛斷電話。
實際樓體上清楚地寫着南嶺路244號。
③ 除非到住露天地的時候，才預訂他家。否則，切莫自找苦吃，自找罪受。
④ 被褥潮濕。
⑤ 設施殘破。水籠頭東倒西歪，坐便蓋東搖西晃，牆角裝飾盒破損長毛，看着噁心。
⑥ 號稱25平米，但目測狠狹窄。
⑦ 周圍環境破破亂亂。

設施：空調冷熱都可以吹很好不像有的酒店衹能開冷氣
衞生：床單被罩乾淨整潔，衞生間洗浴用品齊全，熱水器可以洗澡很方便
服務：服務態度特別好，那種公寓式的酒店帶智能鎖的很方便出門不怕房卡丟失

酒店是個在居民區裏的民宿，房間很小，平台上顯示25平，2張1.2米的床，實際房間不足15平，床也衹有0.9米且較短，衞生間僅1個多平米且沒有通風設施，稍動作大點就會碰到物品。維一的優點就是小區內停車方便。衹適合臨時湊合一晚。

這是第二次住這家店了，第一次是一年前，這次的住宿體驗遠不如第一次，床單子也破了，衞生間一股餿味，空調不好用，凌晨兩點給熱醒了，以後不會再來了
