The room had a smoking smell as soon as we entered. The room was big but some parts were
little old and needed to be cleaned well. The air conditioner was making a click noise every 5 seconds which was very disturbing in the middle of night.

位置在屏風山附近，風景優美。房間挺大的，設施齊全。有個小問題，把收費的礦泉水放在顯著的位置，沒有任何提示，衹在瓶子上貼了一個5元的標簽，而免費的礦泉水放在廁所的角落裡，有點誘導消費的嫌疑。

可惜了這麼好的位置，已經在攜程上付過款了，早上急着走，前台説按金原路返回，結果少給了288，如果不是今天留意看了一下，就不知道這費用流入到哪裡，建議老闆能看到這條訊息，整合一下前台，不要出現蛀蟲，影響酒店形象！

很失望的住宿體驗，進來到了前台，前台員工服務意識不足，一進房間撲面而來的煙味很是嗆鼻，下去找前台反映這個問題，胸牌顯示前台經理的一位好像是姓葛的接待，從新去看了幾個房間都是煙味太重，我説你們房間煙味太重，窗户沒打開通風的緣故，她原話説我們這裏不禁煙的，天氣不好窗户肯定不會打開的，進來雨怎麼辦，而且作為經理語氣不好，很是傲慢，我是1點多辦的入住，上午的天氣確實陰天，但是根本沒有下雨，有雨可以去關，而不是為了擔心下雨，屋內煙味不開窗，那麼大客人怎麼住，我還有小孩在的，衹覺得他們酒店早餐品種多，味道還不錯，其它真是很不理想，尤其是服務態度不好

算是汪清縣最好的酒店了，就是時間有點久了，設施有點老舊！再有早餐7點到9點，但是8：20到了就沒有什麼吃的了，早餐也是比較單調！服務態度還是很熱情洋溢的，前台素質不錯！

酒店環境很好 走廊很寬敞，設施不是很好 不像新酒店
早餐很豐富，味道也不錯 很滿意
衞生不太滿意。枕芯很臟 就套了一個枕袋 還有味道，同行人房間 有很大蟲子 而且電視上還有蜘蛛網。
晚上對客服務很好，就是白天服務人員不怎麼樣，看到人不打招呼，而且早上7點多就開始敲門打掃衞生，在走廊大聲説話 兩個工作車停放走廊中間擋路 客人經過也不給挪車。
以上是本人住宿三天後的感觸

汪清最好的酒店了，和二三線城市的酒店比起來也差不了多少。房間面積很大，床品也比較舒適。酒店周邊沒什麼吃飯的地方，但有個公園。但是當地打車便宜，這也不是什麼大問題了

酒店房間很大，洗手間設備齊全；但就算關了簾子，也可從房間看到廁所內部，有點不方便。早餐食物選擇多，味道可以。
