Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness. When asked to change the bed sheets at night, no one changed them. They were given a bed sheet and made their own. I wanted to boil some water to drink, but when I washed the quilt, I found it was covered with starch. There is also a layer of dust on the hanger 😪

首先，辦理入住以後給我們的房間是一間還沒打掃的房間，進去看到亂七八糟心理很膈應，再次去前台給我們換了一間房，雖然打掃了但是很多細節臟的很，沙發墊亂七八糟還有臟東西，凳子上還有血跡，衞生間放紙巾的託盤上全是灰塵，洗髮水沐浴乳很小一瓶還打開蓋的狀態，花灑都生銹了，因為懶得去折騰就將就了一晚，衹睡了一覺，都沒洗澡，最後，我想説我們是被誤導了，以為是連鎖的麗楓

房間衞生很差，房間裏床單和枕頭一起套都有不少黑點，地毯很臟，馬桶也很臟，總之衞生不乾淨。
自助早餐沒有炒菜和水果，衹有幾類難吃的主食。

剛到酒店門口，我就感覺有些不對勁。那外觀和網上的照片相比，簡直是天壤之別。照片裏的酒店大門氣派非凡，燈光璀璨，而現實中的大門卻顯得黯淡無光，像是被歲月無情地抹去了光彩。走進大堂，那號稱“奢華大氣”的裝修，在我眼中卻成了“土氣逼人”。吊燈的水晶看起來像是塑料做的，反射出的光都透着一股廉價感。牆壁上的壁畫歪歪扭扭，顏色也變得灰暗，彷彿是被時間遺忘的角落。
好不容易到了房間，我以為能有個驚喜，可現實卻給了我重重一擊。網上照片裏那張柔軟舒適的大床，實際躺上去卻硬邦邦的，就像睡在石板上一樣。床單和被罩看起來也不那麼乾淨，有幾處還隱隱約約能看到污漬，就像一塊美麗綢緞上的瑕疵。窗户外面的景色，照片裏是迷人的湖光山色，而我看到的卻是一個堆滿垃圾的小院子，散發著陣陣難聞的氣味，薰得我差點窒息。
我氣沖沖地找到前台理論，前台的工作人員卻像訓練有素的“太極高手”，把我的問題推來推去。他們一會兒説照片是專業拍攝的，有一定的美化效果；一會兒又説可能是我運氣不好，碰到了特殊情況。我看着他們那張張虛偽的笑臉，心裏的怒火就像火山一樣爆發了。
這次的酒店經歷，就像一場噩夢。那些虛假的照片就像一個美麗的陷阱，讓我在期待中掉進了失望的深淵。我希望酒店能夠多一些真誠，少一些套路，不要再用“照騙”來欺騙消費者了。畢竟，誠信才是經營的根本，衹有這樣，才能贏得顧客的信任和好評。不然，像我這樣被“照騙”傷透心的顧客，下次可不會再上當啦！

平台應該審核酒店資質，這家麗楓不是連鎖的麗楓，從高速上開了30公里過來，不失望是假的，帶着孩子不願再折騰了，但應該如實描述。

酒店比較舊，位置可以，樓底下餐廳多，江西菜很好吃。酒店設施比較老舊，尤其地下車庫，環境有點嚇人。有早餐，但是早餐內容一般。洗手間插排，洗浴用品什麼的給人感覺不舒服。
