這家酒店前台非常非常差，車到門口不知道怎麼進入停車場，打電話問態度很不耐煩，説讓我停門口，我看路口比較負責還特意跟她確認是不是從邊上入口進入，結果開開到門口不能停，還衹能倒很遠，本來以為是個小失誤，入住以後才發現這個前台服務態度是真的差，不小心我還以為我是到那個衙門辦事來了，房間地毯很臟，衞生間很小，小童馬桶，水也特別小，一路出差入住20幾家酒店，最差的沒有之一，真不知道攜程這個評分哪裡來的。

比較不好的一次體驗:住了一個晚上，各方面都不錯。設施設備齊全，酒店全新裝修的。但是入住早上起來停水了，早上起來洗漱都沒法搞，關鍵是衞生間都沒法用。打電話問前台就説停水了，不給任何解決或解釋
