服務不錯，開始前台小姑娘不夠有經驗，在值班經理的帶領下，溝通很好，快速解決分歧，能虛心接受意見並快速改進。酒店位置好，大馬路和商圈都有，離老家近，以後回來就住這裏啦。這次住的久，健身房和洗衣房都用上了。建議洗衣房放乾淨的洗衣簍，不然沒有及時去取衣服的，後面的客人可能拿出來亂放。樓下的燒烤又貴又不好吃，避坑，還是去100米遠的方圓薈，選擇更多。

從江西廬山回上海的路上因為太晚了途徑安徽，開至望江縣暫住一晚，搜到了開元酒店。
那附近的酒店就這家算比較高級的，訂了一間家庭房，房間很大，而且床也超大的，酒店也很乾凈，早餐也是自助的，小餛飩好吃！

環境是全縣城最好的，住在高層很安靜，3樓餐廳設計很漂亮！有兩面我非常喜歡的紅色的牆！早餐很好吃，也很豐盛，坐在這個餐廳裏面吃飯心情就很好；服務人員都很有精氣神，服務很好，我們離店的當天下午接到電話，説撿到了小朋友電話手錶的充電器，我下單讓快遞去取了
