本人首次來貴地旅遊，併入住白雲堡國際酒店，早飯時因不小心將手機丟失，心情十分焦急，隨後呼叫110，當警察同志接到報警電話後，迅速趕赴酒店現場，並會同酒店負責同志，立即查看監控，瞭解分析原因，終於為本人找回了丟失的手機。
他們這種急旅客之急，助旅客之需，熱心服務旅客，認真負責的精神，令人十分感動，值得弘揚讚美，表示由衷感謝。酒店入住很舒適，乾淨衞生，熱水很大很舒服。

原維也納酒店現在更名為白雲堡酒店，這家酒店確實是我每次旅行的首選，已經連續入住多次，每次都讓我感到非常滿意。前台服務一如既往地專業熱情，工作人員的態度非常友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的位置也非常優越，距離紅軍城僅兩個紅綠燈的距離，出行非常方便，快捷。總的來説，無論是服務還是位置，都非常適合旅行中的住宿需求，值得推薦！

價格便宜，設施略顯陳舊，幾年前住的時候還是旺蒼最好的酒店，現在確實有點落後了。還要收200的按金，這個現在幾乎都沒有了，27號入住的、完了我也忘了，2月1號才退了按金。

算是旺蒼最好的酒店了，各方面都比較滿意，對面就是紅軍成，吃東西很方便，在這個小城市還要什麼自行車，選它就行了。

與其他同價位酒店房價相比，早餐粗糙，牛奶豆漿都是用混合機，甜的嚇人，誰敢喝，其它食品沒有了也沒有再續太差了，服務員講沒有了就別吃了。真是無語。
