環境不錯，是村裡的安置房，一家一棟的別墅那種。後來整個區域都被承包做成民宿了。真的很不錯，每棟一樓都有個客廳，挺好的。就是雖然這裡是避暑勝地不需要空調，但是建議配備電風扇，因為向陽的那一排房間中午會比較熱。不過晚上的話一點都不熱，還得蓋被子。這裏風景還是不錯的，是周邊比較棒的酒店。推薦入住。

贊，超級贊，昨天的鄭州35以上的高温，從天界山到錫崖溝卻温度適宜，晚上的錫崖溝卻要蓋被子，酒店沒有空調沒有一點兒問題，白天有一點熱，但風吹起來立馬乾。該方型有個大露台，可以坐着觀山景，房間無線網電視都給力，開着窗户睡覺並沒有發現蚊子，但有飛蟲，可能跟旁邊村民種菜有關，攜程房價不包含早餐，不如提高價格含早餐，不然再掏錢吃早餐心裏不舒服。缺點，熱水來的慢，注意温度低，洗涼水澡不行，周邊環境綠化帶裏的雜草遍地都是，洗衣房垃圾24小時無人打掃。儘管房價不便宜，還會考慮入住。

新開的酒店，環境設施比周邊的農家樂好很多，但是缺點真的非常非常非常明顯。
第一，屋子裡有一股裝修的味道，空氣不是很清新，需要一直開着窗户。
第二，衞生條件不像看起來那麼好，剛換的床單就是臟的，打前台電話表示需要換床單也拖了很久才來。
第三，服務跟不上，很大的酒店服務人員明顯不夠多，專業水平也不夠。入住時表示需要電蚊香，前台説這裏沒有蚊子，結果晚上三點被蚊子咬醒，打前台電話要蚊香也沒有，衹能開燈把蚊子打死再睡覺。
很無語的一次體驗，訂酒店就是為了住舒服點，結果除了設施好一點之外體驗和農家樂差不多，希望以後能認真搞好一點！

第二天住在二樓，半夜十一點多了，樓下其他住户還在燒烤喝酒聊天，打電話和酒店投訴了五次並沒有得到相應的處理，希望服務跟的上吧。

房間衞生還不錯，就是熱水不好，洗了幾乎是涼水澡。外面環境挺好，但是早晨才5點鐘，被酒店外面施工的三馬車“嘟嘟嘟”的給吵醒了，450元的價格，享受的服務真不到位，以後再去不會住這裏了。花美時酒店租的本地人的房子，配套設施不完整，對不起這個價格。

環境很好，景區很美。
設施：比較新，乾淨，但是衞生間洗澡容易出水。
衞生：房間乾淨衞生。衹有一次性拖鞋，洗澡容易滑倒。
環境：很好，適合旅行。
服務：早餐不錯，可惜的事一個人衹能領一個雞蛋有點掉檔次。跟酒店的價格，體系不搭配。
還有就是，窗户開關關不嚴，希望做一下檢查，3棟，202房間。
