"It is definitely a wise choice to choose this hotel! The view from the balcony is amazing, and the living room and dining room are very large. It makes me want to cook a meal with my friends. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night and the weather changed suddenly in the evening, otherwise we could enjoy such a wonderful hotel."
"The hardware facilities in the guest rooms are indeed not high-end, but they are clean, spacious and bright. The key is the superior location, close to Lake Wanaka, with an unbeatable view. Looking out the window, you can see the green lawn and the sparkling lake view, which feels like living in a landscape painting. Another important point is that the overall service is of high quality, which greatly makes up for the ordinary hardware. Special praise for the restaurant customer service Autumn. Many hotels in New Zealand are under the banner of Chinese treatment, but so far in the 31-day trip, only Miss Qiuqiu has a correct mentality, professional professionalism, polite, sincere and friendly conversation. This is the style of overseas Chinese girls who give China face and should have, rather than the style of being a salesperson in a luxury store for a few days and thinking that she is a luxury. I left a headset when I left the hotel, and the customer service at the front desk of the hotel quickly verified and claimed it. All of this reflects the hotel's professional management and employment and hospitality concepts. The wonderful experience in this hotel made me regret only booking one night. I quickly adjusted my schedule, canceled my trip to Dunedin after finishing my trip to Queenstown and came back to stay for another night. In fact, this is a holiday accommodation that is worth planning a trip to stay for a while in the future, both in terms of beauty and service. I also recommend it to tourists and friends who come to Wanaka. I hope that when I come back, I will be lucky enough to stay in the room that left me with a good memory this time."
"The hotel is in a great location, within a ten-minute walk to Lake Wanaka, with a small supermarket opposite. The hotel's public kitchen is large, not many people use it, and the facilities are very complete. The balcony of the first-floor room can be opened directly to the opposite road, and the greenery is very good.
The room is also clean and well-equipped, but there is no air conditioning. It is very hot in the summer daytime under the sun, so there is an electric fan. The shower room is designed with a glass semi-partition, without a shower curtain, and children can easily get water on the floor when taking a bath."

"The location is on the edge of the town, but you can walk to the center, shopping and dining are very convenient. The room itself is relatively small. It is said to have a garden view, but in fact it is just some flowers behind the kitchen. There is a flower outside the French window. You can't see the outside view after the car is parked. But if you are staying for one night, you don't care much. The kitchen is a bit small, you need to bring your own oil and salt, but a microwave is enough. The hotel requires cleaning of kitchen utensils"
"The room is very big, with one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom.
The stream at the door is really clear, I took a picture under the water.
The kitchenware is complete.
Sitting in the living room and dining room, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance."
"Smooth checkin with very warm welcome greet. Everything works great and the small washing machine was free! I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! Leisure centre is 5 minutes drive away with great swimming pool and jacuzzi."
"The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute drive from Lake Wanaka. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms also have kitchens, and the main thing is that parking is very convenient and you can park at the door of the room!"
"You can see the view of the snow-capped mountains when you leave the room, and it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the city center.
There is a sun lamp in the bathroom of the room, so you are not afraid of freezing.
But the mattress was too soft and I wasn't used to it, so I didn't sleep well."
"The room is very clean, the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go to the supermarket and shopping, it is also very close to the lake for a walk, that is, the boss is not very good, we do not know where to park, he seems to be very unhappy"
"The hotel is very close to the town. After checking in, I walked 5 kilometers according to other people's guides. I couldn't find the observation deck to see the glacier. I couldn't find the trace of the snowy mountains. Think about it maybe because of spring!"

Amazing
GGuest UserKind receptionist and decent living environment with good facilities; easy to park in the yard for free. We have a great experience here. There may be also some children play facilities in the yard but we arrived in the evening and didn’t explore the space a lot. All in all, a good place to live in WĀNAKA and highly recommended.
BBEIJUNVery close to the lonely tree, the aunts received by the hotel are very humorous and welcoming. It’s not far from the downtown area, 35 minutes’ drive away, and you can drive there. There is a public parking lot by the lake, which is convenient for parking. I feel like staying for one night is too little.
GGuest UserGreat location and service. Every bed has a curtain, a light and a shelf to put little things.
There was wind from nowhere blowing in the room and making it very cold to sleep even though the window was closed.
GGuest UserVery clean and comfortable stay. Complete cooking facilities and well planned food storage location. Spacious communal kitchen and bathroom. Warm and responsible hotel staff. The room is a bit smaller and the room heating seems to be closed regularly. But overall I still like this accommodation very much 😄
XXuannyBooked a last minute stay in Oakridge and was not disappointed! :) Studio was clean and incredibly functional (came with a washer + dryer and laundry detergent)! Finally had a good rest since arriving in New Zealand. Hot tubs by the pool were gr8 after a long hike! Would recommend!! :)
GGuest UserThe environment is so beautiful, opposite the mountain, the backyard is very large, about four acres! The boss is Chinese and very nice.
The room is better than the pictures on the Internet! Forgot to take it.
You will never be disappointed!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the bathroom and shower were clean.
There was a family shower room, but there were no instructions on how to use it, so I couldn't use it. I could see pretty stars at night, and at night
I was able to rest comfortably because it was quiet. Parking was convenient because I could park right in front of the room.
EEddielimThe hotel room is nice, the cleaning and the coffee, tea and chocolate drinks in the room are all very good. All the services in the hotel are OK. The overall cost performance is good.
MMatthew LimEnjoyed a lovely stay at Te Wanaka during our stop over at Wanaka. Staff took the initiative to facilitate a late check-in when we arrived late from our travel over from Mt Cook. We loved that our room had a balcony, but shame that we couldn't open it at night due to all the river flies that get attracted to the light. Of note, the room does not have fan nor aircon, but wasn't too much of a hassle as it was rather cold during our stay here. Otherwise, the room was really comfortable and toilets were clean. Plenty of good food choices too that are just a short walk away from our accommodation! Great stay for anyone planning to stop over in Wanaka
FFangxiangxingzheThe location is very good, very close to Lake Wanaka. Even I don’t understand, this house made entirely of wood keeps beeping. When I booked the room, I saw netizens mentioning this problem and didn't pay much attention to it. However, when I moved in, it felt very loud. Friends who need quiet sleep at night should be careful.
And the Motel feels a bit old, and I didn’t take any pictures😅
