Nicely located hotel, walkable distance to the infamous Wanaka Tree. Toilet seem to be needing a little maintenance, other than this everything is great !

We came inside the hottest room we have been into, and It took us 2 hours to cool the room with 2 fans and with all the windows open....

Very beautiful hotel, complete facilities, excellent hygiene. If I have to pick on one thing, the bed is a bit small. The whole hotel is a tourist attraction. Every room has a lake view. The first floor is especially nice. When you open the balcony door, you will see a large lawn and lake. The service is very good. Because my family has difficulty walking and uses a wheelchair, we temporarily discussed changing rooms. The front desk also helped to adjust the room even though it was full. Thank you very much!
