The views were exceptional and we loved the soaking tub. The bed was comfortable and the minibar was very convenient. Water was a bit hard but not much can be done there. Would have liked some more fresh breakfast options via room service but there is plenty nearby. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

My partner and I had the opportunity to stay at to Cove at the end of September 2022. The hotel is very large and each room has a cute and cozy atmosphere. We were helped by Maddy at the front desk who was beyond helpful! She gave us plenty of restaurant and activity recommendations. She recommended the Lake Geneva boat tour which was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

Very beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!

Although the room is not very big, it is very clean and the bed is very comfortable! The point is that the hotel provides a variety of family activities on weekends, which is very suitable for bringing a baby! The indoor pool is also great, the outdoor pool is currently not open. We had a PERFECT stay! Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The water park was an absolute blast! Ideal for preschoolers and elementary-aged kids, with a great layout that made it easy to supervise. The waterpark staff were super attentive. We were able to grab a pizza and Icees from the Hungry Moose snack shop, and we enjoyed dinner at the new restaurant, Moose & Maple, two nights in a row. We also had fun creating a custom mix of Jelly Belly jelly beans from the gift shop, and our kids loved the arcade (which did get a bit pricey). All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property appeared clean and well-maintained. We can’t wait to go back!
