I've stayed here many times since the hotel opened and always found the rooms spotlessly clean. However, trying to contact the hotel is a nightmare, even Premier Inn head office couldn't get them to answer the phone during normal working hours! This makes life very difficult when you have to request specific requirements which the booking website does not permit. Also, the disabled parking spaces are the opposite end of the car park to the hotel entrance and there are not many. If you rely on disabled parking and have very limited mobility, you might wish to consider a different hotel. I raised this with Premier Inn about 5 years ago and they have clearly failed to do something as simple as have the car park re-lined to remedy this, which is all it would take to fix!
