Andora Apartments

Good value for money. It is close to public transport which is about 25 minutes from central London. The apartment was well equipped, the areas are large and it was clean. Pleased with the apartment overall. Wheel chair accessible. Quiet. Supermarket and take always close by. Good value.

This apartment was advertised as a Deluxe 2 Bedroom apartment, well that is not how it should be classified as. A better description would be Old , tired and run down apartment’ needing a full refurbishment. We had booked in for 4 nights, on arriving we found the apartment in a less than Deluxe state, the furnishings are of the most basic type with dents, scratches etc on nearly all of it. The bathroom has a down light hanging out of the ceiling, the taps in the shower come off in your hands. The chairs in the bedroom are filthy with bath mats placed on seats to cover them up. The kitchenette has the most basic of appliances, no instructions on how to use the dishwasher, no plugs for any of the sinks, vertical blinds missing, unsafe chair in dining area. We might add no bedside table lights, the beds squeak and towels supplied are of a very poor quality. My advice to anyone booking this accomodation is if you want old and tired accomodation don’t pay for this look elsewhere. We complained through the booking agency which was Agoda but all they said was either move out and get a partial refund or stay there and put up with it. Very poor customer service. There are also no staff on site so no one to complain to.
