Nice and clean. Very fine breakfast. Excelent bed, not the best pillow. Not a lot of light in the bathrom, the small lamps on the wall did not light up more than af couple of candles, the lamp over the mirrow did not work. No water boiler in the room, to make tea/coffee. But a microwave and a full sized dishwasher,. Lots of cabbinets. Nice and spacius room. The bathroom did not seem to be finished, it looks like it has been prepared for a jacuzzi/spa/bathtub. But we did have a nice stay and might come back some other time, when we will visit the Birdpark again. There are plenty of restaurents nearby.

This is my third time stay at this hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The service is good. The reception answered all the questions and solved my problems nicely. They show their great hospitality to customers.I don’t speak German. They tried their best to help me. Definitely come back for next trip in Walsrode.

We needed accommodation at very short notice, and Walsroder Hof were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with everything we needed, and the hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast was fine, a good selection of breads, meats and cheeses plus egg and sausage. Reception were happy to print our boarding-passes for our flights when we left, which was a big help.

We got a very dirty and ungygienic room. The bathroom was not cleaned at all (toothpaste residue in the sink, filthy drain, dirty tiles, etc.), the floor in the room was sticky and full of dust and dirt from months! It smelled very musty despite the window being open on arrival, dirty microwave, fluff in the Closet...I could list countless things. All in all, the room was in a miserable condition. Unfortunately, a complaint at the reception did not bring any visible success, except for a roughly cleaned sink and a small champagne (to drink the room nice?!? 😉). Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to provide us with a third pillow for our child, who had to sleep in our bed because the sofa bed was not made up. For 130 euros an absurdity! Thank goodness only booked one night. Never again!

Check-in was easy and possible without any problems using a QR code at a terminal. The room card was also available via the terminal. The room is optimally equipped and clean. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to breakfast because I was still too tired from the wedding party. 4 out of 5 only because there isn't enough onsite parking when it's busy.

The double room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and crockery, as well as a large smart TV, a small table with two chairs and a large fan. I didn't expect such facilities. The facility is modern. Although we were there on a Saturday, the hotel was willing to exceptionally prepare breakfast half an hour earlier than usual as we had an early business appointment. That was very friendly service, thank you very much! The room was on the second floor with an elevator, but also very easy to reach via the stairs. There are a few parking spaces behind the house. The Walsroder Hof is very centrally located, only the rooms facing Langen Straße are relatively noisy (but it's okay with the windows closed). I would have liked a blind in the bathroom instead of the privacy film, since the houses on the other side of the street are not far away. The manager was very friendly. I would definitely come back.
