Location is amazing, really close to the airport. Service is great - we arrived after the reception has closed but the hotel provided hassel free access.
Some rooms are a bit old though.

The hotel Himmelreich is hidden away in a residential area but close to all amenities and a retail outlet just minutes away., a regular bus service every 10 minutes or so runs to the centre of Salzburg city. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, the beds are comfortable and each room has a balcony facing either the side or the beautiful garden and natural swimming pool. Salzburg Airport is reached easily by road in minutes or if you prefer just a bit longer walking distance. Breakfast is plentiful and is served in the lovely dining room or outside on the terrace in warmer weather. I can highly recommend this hotel for peace and quiet but with everything at hand should you require this.

Nicely surprised. Spacious, modern rooms, clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and always interested in our needs. Breakfast with the view to mountain. There is possibility of sitting in the garde when the weather is nice-looking forward to it during my next visit. There was wide choice of food at the breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing and diverse, and the neighborhood was nice and calm. The staff were helpful, and I can guess that they were the friendliest l in Salzburg! The flower in the balconies make the view even more beautiful ⛰️🌲🌷 I recommend it 🥰

Very nice and quiet hotel. Friendly and helpful staff during the check-in as well as during the breakfast. Good breakfast with many options. The hotel is located closely to the airport (walking distance), but we did not hear a single plane :).

Very helpful staff when I was in trouble. THANK YOU!!! I came at night, hotel was full, I booked wrong date due to stress associated with Lufthansa strike and receptionist helped me as much as he could. ....., ..............................

First impressions - clean! Friendly staff! nicely decorated! lovely garden! The rooms were very comfortable! Loved the amount of closet and storage space. Bathroom was very spacious with lots of shelves for toiletries. Dining room is lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of cold cuts and cheeses, many breads and jams and other spreads, several hot items such as fried eggs, soft- boiled eggs, bacon-wrapped zucchini and feta, sautéed vegetables. Nice assortment of teas and juices. Staff was always attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this family-owned hotel.
